Working on the vegetable garden

Working on the vegetable garden is a time-consuming job and students from 6eme to 3eme grade have understood. Two years ago students from 4eme and 3eme had built a compost bin with their technology teacher Mr. Desmoulins . Two years of kitchen and garden waste accumulated and transformed have created a very useful humus to enrich the soil. This spring we have planted corn, squash and cabbage that we will harvest in September. Patience is the first virtue of the gardener!
