The International French School of Sarajevo welcomes around 280 students, from Très Petite Section of Kindergarten to the end of high school, preparing them for the French Baccalauréat diploma. With a diverse and multicultural community, our school offers a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where every student can develop academically, personally and socially.

Located in a beautiful Austro-Hungarian style building, spacious, bright and peaceful, the school provides an ideal setting for learning and success in the heart of Sarajevo.

As a partner school of the Agency for French Education Abroad (AEFE), the International French School of Sarajevo follows the French national curriculum established by the French Ministry of Education. Students are prepared for the Diplôme National du Brevet at the end of middle school and the French Baccalauréat at the end of high school. Recognized by both the French Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education of Sarajevo Canton, the school offers students internationally recognized qualifications and smooth transitions between different educational systems.
